• The body-weight is 120lbs ( about 55kgs ) & Down, please choose 12 or 14 ounces.

• The body-weight is 120lbs – 150lbs ( about 70kgs ), please choose 14 or 16 ounces.

• The body-weight is 150lbs – 180lbs ( about 80kgs ), please choose 16 or 18 ounces.
